  • As founder of Reds Global, Jason brings over 25 years experience  working with cranes and rigging to the industry. Under his leadership, Reds Global has grown to become an industry leader, recognised as a reliable and safe Australian materials handling business.  Jason is dedicated to the continual growth of Reds Global through innovation,  new technologies, safe work methods and exceptional service delivery on time and on budget.

  • Having worked in the construction industry since 1996, Karen’s comprehensive understanding of the industry assures client satisfaction through her extensive administration and contract management experience and attention to detail. Dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for every Reds Global client, Karen is responsible for developing key client growth opportunities, the delivery of direct client contract needs and new business strategies.

  • With over 25 years experience in construction, Dave has developed expertise in many facets of the industry. Dave’s hands-on management approach has facilitated the implementation of procedures to increase the growth of Reds Global in the construction industry as the first choice in materials handling. As our Business Development Manager, Dave is dedicated to improving performance, sales and business processes.

  • Simon has worked in the crane industry for over 20 years. Simon is an exceptional talent and well respected within the crane industry.

    He is highly attentive to detail and has a strong focus on safety to ensure that our projects exceed expectations.

    Simon utilises his extensive industry experience to facilitate the safe and efficient installation, operation and dismantle of each crane.

Rik Wittkopp

Service Technician

  • A seasoned electrical industry veteran with 36 years experience, Rik draws his expertise from wide-ranging sectors including industry, mining, marine, construction, telecommunications, security infrastructure, FMCG (Fast Manufacturing Consumer Goods), maintenance and appliance repairs. Rik joined Reds Global in 2015 and enjoys the diversity and challenges of the tower crane industry. He is dedicated to providing clients and field staff with maximised efficiency through quality service.

Damien Laforest

General Manager

  • Damien joined Reds Global in 2011 having previously held senior management roles with large listed businesses in the UK within Finance and Media segments. Damien is a CIMA and CPA qualified Accountant and also completed a global top 20 MBA.

    Damien is a dedicated member of the Reds Global team and is responsible for managing finance, administration and IT. He draws on his extensive experience and diverse background to facilitate change, cultivate growth and report on business performance.

Ben Abas

  • Ben has 10 years experience in the retail industry and was a franchisee of Harvey Norman Computer Business for 6 years during that time. He has a wide variety of expertise covering business management and employee allocation.

    Starting with Reds Global as a dogman, Ben has developed amd progressed into his current role as Operations Coordinator. This role involves the allocation of labour and working closely with our clients to help Reds Global become their ‘FIRST CHOICE IN MATERIALS HANDLING’.

James Moriarty

James Moriarty

Safety Coordinator

  • James joins the team from West London in the UK. He has over 11 years experience with tower cranes operating, dogging and rigging. Part of his experience includes previous employment with Reds Global as an operator and dogman.

    James has worked on major projects in and around London including the 2012 Olympics. A career shift has seen James involved in Safety for the past 4 years and he is now Safety Coordinator for Reds Global.

    The Reds Global team are strong believers that WE ‘R’ SAFETY FIRST and James is dedicated to helping maintain this.

Rachel Laidlaw

Office Manager

  • Rachel has worked in the administration side of business for 17 years and has over 10 years experience within the mobile crane industry. Part of her work experience included the position of secretary of the Crane Association of NSW Inc.

    Rachel is determined to assist Reds Global with all administration, sales and events management for the company.

Bernard Lott

Project Manager

  • Bernard previously spent 10 years in Naval Engineering specialising in systems and preventative maintenance. His background and knowledge make him well suited to manage the maintenance for the cranes and generators at Reds Global.

James Leitch

WHS Manager

  • James has been a safety and risk specialist for over 15 years working with ASX top 20 companies through to not for profits.

    With a specialisation in risk management for high risk work including work at heights, confined spaces, excavations and traffic management James has a wealth of knowledge covering Reds Global operations.

    With a training background James’ key role is getting everyone on the same page and moving the business forward, safely and effectively.

  • 
Bonnie has worked in Human Resource for the past 21 years across various industries, both interstate and internationally.  The past 7 years were spent working with a top tier construction company Multiplex in both Sydney and Perth.

    
Bonnie has held various HR positions such as Recruitment Manager, HR Generalist and Learning & Development Consultant.

Lachlan Granter

  • 
Lachlan has 25 years’ experience in the crane and rigging industry under various titles such as trainer, assessor, crane operation and rigging.  He loves working at heights and passing on his extensive knowledge.

    
Lachlan works closely with the rigging crew to fortify a safe productive work place and ensure the critical works are carried out efficiently with safety as the main priority.

Corey Nash

Bookeeper

  • Corey is new to the construction industry and the workforce. He joined Reds Global in early 2017 to take over payroll and assist with the accounts. Since his start he has progressed to be involved with all sections of the Finance Team.

    Corey is undertaking a Bachelor of Business at UON and will look to put his studies into practice once completed.

  • Neil comes from a rural background with over 25 years’ experience within construction, heavy machinery and mechanical industries. Neil is a professional in the field and able to provide a personalised service, ensuring that all clients of Reds Global receive top priority by delivering complete satisfaction.

    Neil is able to provide you with customised expert advice and assist with an extensive range of services whilst providing businesses with affordable solutions.

Kyle Unicomb

Quality Assurance and Maintenance Supervisor

  • Kyle has had 12 years service in the Military with an Engineering background.  His experience includes Research and Development, Mining, Marine, Power Generation, Petrochemical Shutdown, and Manufacturing.

    Kyle was also previously involved in Maintenance, Systems Management, and Planning.  This experience is well suited with his role as the Quality Assurance and Maintenance Supervisor for Reds Global.
