It is with great pleasure that we announce the promotion of Damien Laforest to the position of General Manager of Reds Global tower crane division.

Damien joined Reds Global in 2010 as the accountant working from a garage in Maroubra.

Damien has advanced rapidly due to his hard work, consistent performance and most importantly, his ability to educate and counsel those people around him.

This promotion firms up the role he has been undertaking for the past few years.

Damien is instrumental in the growth of Reds Global, active in securing repeat business from our clients and vital in steering Reds Global through uncharted waters.

He has earned the respect of his colleagues, subcontractors and clients because of his expedient selfless manner.

He holds all those around him to the same high standards to which he holds himself.  This "lead by example" approach is a key attribute of his success.
