People

Our people are our greatest asset. Our teams have grown together to develop unrivalled collective wisdom and experience. Reds employees treat our business — and yours — as if it were their own. We’re like your family at work.

Expertise

Our people are highly skilled and well-rounded. We have cross functional teams of people with multiple licenses, tickets, and qualifications.

This gives us the benefit of greater utilisation, but also means that each person understands and appreciates the role of everyone else on the team.

Many of our people have been with us since Reds’ inception. They came on board with years of experience and we have supported them to continue to build their skills.

We always make sure we keep up with the latest technology. We have regular training events to upskill our teams on the latest techniques and equipment. We provide group training and team building, as well as one-on-one personal development opportunities.

Culture + Values

We think the culture at Reds Global is unique in our industry. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond expectations. We don’t want to be the biggest at what we do — but we want to be the best.

Our teams always come from the position that nothing is ever a problem — it’s only a challenge for us to overcome. We believe our people are our greatest asset and we take care of them and each other like family. From safety on site to health, fitness and well-being, we look after our teams so they can be at their best.

We literally live and breathe our values. They are not a corporate construct that’s been imposed on the business. This is actually how we operate – and this has been the case since the very beginning. Camaraderie, dedication, innovation, family, integrity and safety are part of our Fabric. They are the Reds DNA.

We believe in delivering excellence in all that we do.
